Since 1997 Alex Products has built special machines integrating Fanuc, Panasonic, and ABB robots to reduce cycle time and improve efficiency in manufacturing processes.  API builds complete production cells in which raw material is fed in one end and a finished part is produced.  These production cells include operations such as bending, stamping, forming and welding.  These processes run and interface automatically and the cell requires no operators.   All material handling and transfer duties are handled by custom robot programming and transfer tooling.  API has also integrated robots and other special machines among existing equipment to make transfer of materials and tooling changes more efficient.
